Dear SIG Chairs:
I would greatly appreciate it if you would forward this message to members
of your respective SIGs.

Chair, SIG Executive Committee
1. PASSPORTS:
Please secure a passport if you (a) don't already have one and (b) will
be traveling into Canada for the AERA Annual Meeting in April.
Trying to get a passport at the last minute is both stressful and
expensive, and in certain situations a person's best efforts--to
accomplish this goal just prior to a trip--end up being UNsuccessful!
If you already have your passport, be sure to take it with you! Leaving
your passport at home is not much different from not have a passport at
all!
2. USEFUL TRAVEL INFO
AERA's website has some valuable information regarding your travel. The
link to this page is:
http://www.aera.net/annualmeeting/?id=291
Posted is information about:
a. Discounts for airfare on Delta and United
b. Discounts for AVIS rental cars
c. Information about the Montreal Airport
d. How to get/renew passports and visas
e. Other travel information (customs, currency, etc.)

In the midst of the word he was trying to say In the midst of his laughter and glee, He had softly and suddenly vanished away-- For the Snark /was/ a Boojum, you see.
