Dear SIG Officers,
As you probably know, all paper proposals for possible presentation at the
Annual Meeting MUST be submitted using the AERA-designated online
submission system.
There will be three identical training sessions in San Diego to show
Program Chairs how to use the online submission system. I'd like to
encourage you to attend one of these sessions. Regardless of whether you
have or haven't been involved in the online submission system previously,
you likely will benefit from a 90-minute investment of your time at one
of these training/demonstration sessions.
Training Session #1
Wednesday, April 14: 12:25-1:55 p.m. in the Hyatt (Ford A, Third Level)
Training Session #2
Wednesday, April 14: 2:15-3:45 p.m. in the Hyatt (Ford A, Third Level)
Training Session #3
Thursday, April 15: 2:15-3:45 p.m. in the Hyatt (Ford A, Third Level)
Also, please don't forget the SIG Open Meeting that's scheduled for
Thursday afternoon, April 15, from 4:05-6:05. This meeting will take
place in SDCC (San Diego Convention Center), Meeting Room 8, Upper
Level. All SIG Officers should consider attending this meeting that will
be moderated by your SIG Executive Committee.
