While I run a microsoft operating system, I have not had a virus going
on 3 years. The reason, no microsoft word, power point, excel, and most
importantsly outlook or outlook express.
But, should not these attachments be able to be stopped at the uscd
server end. If a file is larger than ???kb it should not sent out to
infect the whole network (doing our part to stop the process). On the
mia list serves I am on, it is not uncommon to have 10 or more viruses a
day, and while I often get a "you had a virus" message, I am rarely
affected.

What is the typical message size? If we set it a little above that, it
should stop all viruses including microsoft attachments.
