Lecturers/Senior Lecturers in Psychology (Confirmation Path)
Applications are invited for two positions of Lecturer or Senior
Lecturer (equivalent to North American tenure track Assistant
Professor/Associate Professor) in the Department of Psychology. Area
of research specialisation is open but for one position, preference
will be given to an applicant with demonstrated expertise in
Developmental Psychology.
The Department supports productive research programmes in experimental
and applied psychology. The teaching programme emphasises the
development of student research skills. In addition to undergraduate,
Masters and PhD degrees in Psychology, the Department offers a
postgraduate diploma in Clinical Psychology and contributes to
interdisciplinary courses in Cognitive Science and Neuroscience.
Excellent computing and technical facilities support the teaching and
research programmes in the Department.
