privatizing public schools

Here's URL for an important report from People for the American Way
entitled Privatization Of Public Education. It's coincides with the
"lottery in which a million applicants vied for $1200-1600 scholarships
to privatize schools. How this was done reveals a lot about the tactics
being used in the attacks on public education.
