As a greenhorn who missed last year, could you comment on what was
discussed?
This sounds like a much more sensible idea than my Brooklyn colleagues'
obsession with lab studies and internal validity (and makes sense
cross-culturally, too.)

What exactly do you intend by "diversity" - cultural diversity, diversity
of settings, or what? I would assume cultural diversity, but that's
because my mind is already preset to think that way.
