The book InterViews by Steinar Kvale (Kvale, S. 1996. InterViews. An
introduction to Qualitative Research interviewing. London: SAGE
Publications), might possibly be included in the SAGE series recommendation
from Olga. The title is included in our course on qualitative methods and
it seems to me as if it might be worth a spot somewhere in the reference
list.
