Damn straight Jay - this problem is noted in the book 'Designing Engineers'
that Linnda suggested. Many key events happen that researchers cannot
have access to - they cannot be everywhere all the time. Should we study
ourselves, thereby providing much more comprehensive data? Perhaps, but I
would like to be convinced that the results of such a study are not just
applicable to highly educated computer literate folks.
