I just returned from an educ. conference in Cuba and wanted to chime in. I
have been working with G. Arias, former director of special educ of the
whole island with whom I and others at AERA have shared our LSV and
theirs. He is very interested in collaboration and would be a good
resource, he has shared with me some materials from lsv's students and lsv
translations so if there is any further interest on this topic, you may
wish to include him. I have not been able to find a way to get him back to
aera but am trying to get his work published in English. I don't have
ellice's address here so please forward if this reaches you, pedro
