I work in Helsinki Business Polytechnic as supervising teacher. My subject is
communication and now I am interested in dynamic of conversation. I think that
this dynamic is very important or basic for succesful negotiation, team
working and learning. But how we can describe this dynamic and perhaps learn
it? Is it possible to me find the better way to describe this dynamic - the
developing language use - with conversation analys in framing developmental
