Kathy, I am interested in your observation, that the list is helping you
to "break down the *silence barriers*" -- I find it quite intimidating;
whenever I begin to feel comfortable, it happens again.
But that's what makes e-mail discussion lists so powerful. Again and
again, we get to write back.
