PS. With all due respect to the UC Regents decision to abolish
Affirmative Action on all UC campuses with the misguided (in my
view) optimism that society no longer needs such crutches as
Affirmative Action. Such backlash reaction as the above mentioned
"displacement" surely is an indicator, that it is too early for
self-organizing systems (i.e.; organization without
interventions).
