I'm not qualified to comment on Aboriginal conflict resolution, but there
is a good volume on bilingual education in Aboriginal Australia,
available from the Northern Territory University in Darwin:
C Walton & W Eggington [Eds.] Language: maintenance, power and education
in Australian Aboriginal Contexts. Darwin: Northern Territory University
Press. 1990.
This includes an important paper by Brian Gray, from a guidance through
interaction in the context of shared experience perspective, on Aboriginal
children learning dance (with implications for other learning).
