Interests:
- Relationships between cultural formations - material, linguistic,
historical, mythological. In particular, such relationships between
indigenous and colonising cultures. Metastable elements of contemporary
cultures, i.e. elements that survive over deep time, e.g. stratification
and expansionism of Indo-European cultures.
- Literacy learning strategies, particularly for indigenous adult
education. Long-term strategies for sustaining indigenous cultures.
