Guess I'm becoming legitimate. Ach, how does one describe oneself?
I'm from Tucson, Arizona, but I live at the moment in Hamburg, Germany
because I'm studying here for one year on a Fulbright Fellowship. Here
I'm studying theology and of course speaking, reading, and writing a lot
of German, so my English (which was always a bit slangy in the first
place) has gone somewhat downhill ...
I have a bachelor's degree in Philosophy (minor in Classics) from Brigham
Young University in Provo Utah. I haven't started graduate school for
reals yet, and am somewhat embarrassed about the fact that next year I
don't have very much more firmly planned than applying to graduate school
(either a Master's program in classics or a doctoral program in religious
studies).
I am female, Caucasian, heterosexual, Mormon, unpolitical, 22 yrs old,
and am pretty normal as far as outside appearances go.
I think that about covers the things people normally are curious about.
So, hello all!
Therese
P.S. I also have an embarrassing homepage that hasn't been updated since
September under http://www.primenet.com/~footet/.
P.P.S. Therese is pronounced like erase with a t in front of it. But in
German sometimes with three syllables ...
