My name is Jesper D=F6pping. I have been following the xfamily for some=
years
and I hope to be doing it for a long time.
I am socialpsychologist from the University of Copenhagen. My general
interests are focused around knowledge, learning and technology and how
"expertise" is created in different contexts.
Theoretical background is focused around activity theory (Vygotsky,
Leontjew, Engestroem, Engelsted, Cole and many others) and critical
psychology (Holzkamp), however, in the resent years I have been interested
more and more in the american pragmatist tradition (Strauss, Star, Fujimura,
Clarke etc.), the actor network theories (Law, Latour, Callon, Bowker ....)
and more "postmodern" thinking like Lemke. Due to this I have been very
interested in the discussion wew had in the spring, and I hope to be able to
contribute a little to the discussion.
