 The Department of Developmental Psychology at the University of Göttingen

invites applications for a

*Post Doctoral Position in Developmental Psychology*

*Research focus. *
The Department of Developmental Psychology investigates the cognitive
development of young children, in particular the early development of
social cognition, shared intentionality and normativity.

*Requirements.*
Applicants should have a strong research background in child development,
cognitive psychology or a related discipline, should have a keen interest
in interdisciplinary cognitive science and a completed or near completed
PhD in psychology or a neighboring discipline.  Experience in experimental
studies with children is desirable.  Excellent German language skills are
required.

Starting date for the position is July 1, 2013 (or later).  Deadline for
applications is March 15, 2013.  The position is initially restricted to 13
months, but can be extended in case of successful grant applications.
