[xmca] Condolences

Dear friends and colleagues,

I just saw the news of the shooting in CT. They are beyond belief. I am thinking of all my friends and American colleagues at this moment.  If you live in the area, I hope everybody and your relatives and beloved ones are out of harm's way.

I really hope American society can raise and stand up to those forces making these tragedies recurrent and possible.
