Re: [xmca] [Mind Culture Activity] Andy Blunden changed the group description
I'm not a refusenik, but I do find that it is not an effective tool for the forms of communication I want to sustain. It refuses to become 'ready-to-hand' - like a Microsoft product, it is always trying to inform me of something I already know, or something I don't need to know. But other people enjoy it and find it useful, which is great.
My reasons for suggesting we keep our XMCA discussions on this list serve are different: they are the archiving and access issues, not the clunkiness of Facebook.
