RE: [xmca] ISCAR 2011




Hi Mike, not sure I got your question. 
Are you asking to set the deadline for the reduced fee at Oct. 31st? 
we beend discussing this extensively but we are afraid eariler submitter will complain. What was the point to rush and submitt so early if don't garantte them now a little advantage? Can you see this point? We know already we will be covered by emails with complains along this line.
 
After all, if you wait the second deadline you can still be remboursed right? Being a bit more expansive than the first fee, should not prevent the possibility to be remboursed. I am wrong? 
 
Any how this was what it was discussed during the last meeting a ffew days ago
