[xmca] Fwd: Correction to Subscription Information for Mind, Culture, and Activity Journal

Please note the following information. We have been getting complaints about
difficulties getting subscriptions at Taylor and Francis and it turns out
that they
neglected to give us one essential bit of info, which is given below. The
correct info is now on the MCA web page at lchc.ucsd.edu.
