I've been doing some historical analyses of psychology, and this would be a
helpful exercise.

David and Frank, how about we see if the publisher will provide 3 copies and
we do a joint review.

Beat me to it, David! Hope you have fun doing the review. I'd be

especially interested in George's treatment of the 'critical history'

writings about, e.g, the U.S. (mis-)adoption/appropriation of Wundt as

founding-father 'experimentalist'. Also, when you figure out who, in his
