[xmca] two more on pointing

Alfredo asked for the tomasello et al paper which I sent him. But I also
took the time to
see that thee was some interestings responses to the paper that I include
here.

So, what IS the role of the socially organized environment in the acquistion
of communicative
pointing? Does anyone want to propose a la LSV that it begins as reaching??
