Hi all, I just looked up the Harzing website. I don't have a PC or
Linux, so I cannot try it out. This software uses Google Scholar, but
I am aware of studies that show a direct correlation between google
scholar and ISI results. So while this software may show more
citations of your work, it is not more relative to other indices, if
the research I had come across a little while ago is worth any.
Cheers, Michael

Dr Anne-Wil Harzing at the University of Melbourne provides a software
program called "Publish or Perish" that retrieves and analyzes academic
citations based on Google Scholar which has better coverage of
(citations in) books, conference proceedings and a wider range of
journals and retrieves more citations in Social Sciences, Arts &
Humanities than ISI
