Ouch. Places that really need development, e.g. haverhill, lawrence, lowell,
etc..., esp. compared to cambridge, newton, topsfield... OMG this speaks of
money... who don't show up on this list. the list is data, imho. I'll
look into who is the Boston Foundation, as a chat researcher is wont to do.
