Re: [xmca] Luria DVD query

This feedback is invaluable. 2 of 20 copies I got to Spain had no
DVD and the mistake was supposed to have been fixed!! I am ccing
the folks at Erlbaum so that you can get your DVD and that they can
get things fixed at their end. (!)
