As you may already know, EARLI SIG Writing has started a publication server,
containing book chapters, theses, technical reports, research instruments,
SIG WRITING and other conference papers, prepublications of papers etc. Very
soon the SIG WRITING Geneva (2004) conference papers will be uploaded to the
server.

We kindly invite all writing researchers to add their papers, reports and
instruments to this server. PhD supervisors are kindly asked to stimulate
PhD and MA students to upload their theses. The editors - Eva Lindgren
(Sweden), Marielle Leyten (Belgium) & Daphne van Weijen (the Netherlands) -
will check each uploaded entry for completeness etc. and then publish the
entry. At the moment we are working hard to improve the design of the
website shell and to check the user manuals. Below you will find a brief
summary of the procedure for submitting your paper.

1. Enter the website: <http://sig-writing.publication-archive.com>
http://sig-writing.publication-archive.com.

2. Click register to identify yourself as a new user of the archive.

3. On the homepage click open prepublications and archives.

4. Click submit publication.

5. Fill in the submission form and confirm.

After submission, your publication will be checked by the editors. If your
contribution is relevant and complete it will be available on-line for other
researchers within two weeks. Please feel free to contact us if you have any
questions regarding the publication server and/or the submission process.

Kind regards,

Eva Lindgren, Mariëlle Leyten & Daphne van Weijen
