I have spoken with Larry Erlbaum who is totally sympathetic with
seeking a way to provide inexpensive electronic version to less
affluent countries. The facilities that the he and many other
companies currently use is not under his control. So he is taking up
the issue with his IT staff and whoever their provider is and promises
to get back to me.

If a good differential pricing policy by geographic location is
possible, it will alleviate if not solve some of the problems for some
of the people interested in MCA. Others willl remain.
