well, certainly the yahoos are in their prime these days! the mayor of new york city just got it pushed through that third grade children who fail to pass the third grade reading test will be flunked.
what would it take for this country to hit a moment of enlightenment and emmulate the peoples of Spain and elect a more enlightened group of politicians. sigh.
