Dear Mike-
In my view, "middle road" does not exist without extremes. So far in
American psychology we have one big crazy extreme - traditional mainstream
positivistic psychology. I think we need articulation of the "other
side(s)". Discursive, narrative, activity-based, relativist, communal,
genealogical, and existential psychologies can be those extremes and
eventually "middle roads..." What do you think?
