Haivng read much of the literature on the subject as well as the federal
wording of the legislation it is my opionion that the outcome based priority
of it fails to adapt to the developmental aspect of human learning. Outcome
based education objectives are positivistic in nature and besides only being
political rhetoric speak nothing to the actual practice of assisting students
in the transition from their adolesence to adulthood.
?Does any poltical rhetoric correlate to the actual practice it legislates?
