As far as discussion leaders we have Don for the intros and Paul for chapter
2. It would be nice in my view to get some discussion leaders outside the
states. One of course does not need to be any specialist in AT to take on
this role. The role could be one of summary, highlighting main points or
simply gently - ever so gently - facilitating XCMA back to major points in
the chapter.
