I am a great advocate of what the Russians refer to as "polfabricant."
My image has always been of the kind of place where you get good food
that can be baked up faster than from scratch, and allows of modification.
My own dream "polfabricant" as any Russian would tell you!
Not every experiment in polfrabrikanting can come up with a tasty
masterpiece, it often needs to be thrown out or fixed up.
I stay away from mushrooms.
