Talk to any nine year old boy and ask him if he has ever heard about the
X-men comic books. Sounds to me like someone is promoting their new series.

Here is a quote from the web site.

According to Zimmerman, "the problem has long since moved from simple
disease-linked cellular mutations such as breast cancer and other hereditary
diseases to those involving dangerous and often uncontrollable physical
abilities." These abilities range from enhanced optical skills and superior
strength, to telekinesis and magnetic attraction. There are even reports in
his book of children levitating school buses and "taking flight" for brief
periods of time.

Can kids who are faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a
locomotive, who can leap tall buildings in a single bound be far behind.
