Hi Suzi-- glad you forwarded the note. Here is the problem as I see it:
Some UClinks sites have reported problems doing their work within their
budget, burnout, etc. One, Fresno, has halted. But others have been
added.
How do we satisfy more sites with the same money deemed inadequate?
