>The Department of Education in the UCLA Graduate School of Education &
>Information Studies (GSEIS) announces an open position for a tenure-track
>assistant professor specializing in the educational uses of information and
>learning technologies.

>We are looking for a scholar who is deeply engaged with developing, as well as
>studying, creative, educationally meaningful uses of information and learning
>technologies. Such technologies include, but are not limited to, the World
>Wide Web, intranets, distance learning, and computer-based multimedia learning
>environments.

>The applicant's work, including any focus on subject matter areas, should be
>framed within theoretical perspectives in educational psychology. Areas in
>which there are exciting technological developments compatible with the
