I'm afraid I am not familiar with Elvira or her work, but the email address
given below is clearly from Northwestern where I used to be, and it has a
minor (but, as always, deadly) typo:

That should be MLima who-is-at ctdnet.acns.nwu.edu (CTD stands for the Center for
Talent Development at Northwestern, which is nwu.edu)
