Help with citation

Hello.
I have been trying rather unsuccessfully to track down the complete
citation for McCarthy's now famous "first reference to Vygotsky in this
country" (the U.S.) two years after his death. I sure would
appreciate help filling the rest of: McCarthy, D. (1936)..........
I'm sure there must be several xmca'ers who could rattle this off.
