Hi Russell and fellow xmca-ers,

You're right Russell; there seems to be no perfect solution; but I think
spelling out our acronyms the first time we mention it in our post, and
using the acronyms in the rest our post is still a partially optimal
solution.

Alternatively, we can compile a list of acronyms that are
frequently occurring on xmca, and a new xmca subscriber will automatically
receive that list; and of course, that list will need regular updating...
now, who's to do this? Cheryl? or some voluteer? someone who's around
here long enough to be an expert in xmca acronyms :-) ... just some
ideas...

On another thread, I'll get Barbara Graves to answer your requests for papers!
