Hi xmca'ers,
LCHC is in the midst of trying to publish
a book comprised of selected articles from the
Quarterly Newsletter of the LCHC. We are having
problems tracking down a few people's addresses
and affiliations. If you have any information
on the following people, I would greatly appreciate
