reference standard

hello everybody

yesterday I sent a copy of my dissertation draft to my British opponent, so
that she will be able to use her reading time in the Easter vacation. And
one of the three members of my committee is going to Australia and wanted
his copy before going. So now there are to be no more changes of content,
only error corrections and fiddling with layout details. Printer's deadline
in mid-April (we _publish_ our monographs). Public defense May 24th...

Checking my reference list I realise I don't know if the standard that I
have been using has a name. People here usually use the APA standard, but I
prefer the style that is used, for example, in "Rethinking Context"
(Duranti & Goodwin 1992). When I do the final checking I will use that as a
model.
