Caveat Scriptor!
I have found the editorial board of this journal (viz. Lantolf and Poehner)
unwilling to publish anything critical of their own work
The reviewers appear to have a violent immune reaction to anything but a
narrow social-behaviorist interpretation of Vygotsky's work.
The turn-around time is sempiternal and I have had to throw away good work
as a result.
