Thank you for your education. I never knew this about Norris-LaGuardia.

The paradigm of individualism vs collectivism doesn't seem the fullest reach in describing what is going on today. I respect that others might see it that way. What is also true is that I just do not understand the position, so I'm open to receiving an education by all means! :)
