Hello professor,

Thank you for replying.
Can grants be applied for and obtained at the UCSD doctoral programs for
international students specific to a research area? I'm sure the attainment
of which shall be highly competitive.

Also, can I send the abstract, or the concept I was trying to address on
Vygotsky and discourse analysis here on the mailing list?
