[Xmca-l] digest emails

There are probably other's, like David (see below), who wish to retain
their digest emails.

Hi Hugh
Not sure if you are the correct person to ask but I used to get a digest of
XMCA mails as I can't cope with the number of emails. Is it possible that I
can be switched back to a digest or if not can you unsubscribe me?
