Regarding the most "advanced capital", this is only the most advanced from
a particular perspective: advanced in the sense of highly routine
procedures that are not subject to complex shifting requirements, which are
the hallmark of technological innovation.  However these "factories of
efficiency" are clearly catalysts of change for the host country.

The crisis in psychology and the crisis in social governance are clearly
related.   In my readings this has been a recurrent basic point: Western
psychology was (is) unable to resolve the crisis in psychology due to its
dominant epistemology and social and political governance, hence all the
references to bourgeois psychology (some of which is clearly justified).
