Past experience has shown that sometimes when people try to 
stream videos from vimeo.com for the first time it doesn't 
work. We believe this is due to the large file size and the 
load this puts on proxy servers. (A proxy server is a server 
that is somewhere between you and the source which keeps 
copies of files to avoid excessive use of the network around 
the source).

The solution which has worked so far is to open the video 
and "PAUSE" it. Just leave it sitting on "pause" for a while 
and try again later.
