Got that article, but it seems to waaaaay underplay what is going on. Great
to hear they have legal help because they need it and with good
representation, they should be able to prevail.

Patricia said the presidents/chancellors at Arizona universities should here
from a lot of people about the issues involved. The web page on Patricia's
web page are very helpful in identifying the research results, which are
pretty horrendous in their implications. But from an academic research pov
the violation of IRB guarantees of privacy seem like a key issue to go after
because they are neutral on the issue of best education policies but are the
core of our obligations to those with whom/ "on whom" we practice our
research, which is what we are paid to do.
