Hi Shirley,
Our undergraduates in the Early Childhood Multicultural Education degree program at the University of New Mexico are taught about Vygotsky in the following courses:
ECME 101 - Child growth, development and learning
ECME 220 - Assessment of children and evaluation of programs
ECME 325 - The social, political and cultural aspects of early childhood education
ECME 401-  Reading research in child  growth, development and learning

Our graduate students are taught about Vygotsky in the following courses:
ECME 514 - Moving young children into literacy
ECME 575 - Early childhood language development and curriculum
ECME 578 - Learning through play
ECME 579 - Seminar in early childhood education
