[xmca] Hot XMCA Articles: Time to Vote if you have not

Hi All--

With a bunch of California under smoke and weather around 100 degrees
and a bunch of the midwest under water, perhaps its a good time to take a
break from reality
and get into the land of ideas.

Interesting what articles are favored so far in the balloting for an article
to discuss on XMCA this
